Abstract Title: Anslagstavlan – a qualitative and quantitative contents analysis of the modern society information. Writer: Afsaneh Habibi Supervisor: Bengt Johansson Purpose: The purpose of this essay is to by using a qualitative and a quantitave contentsanalysis, study the developement av society information which State-owned authorities brings out to the citizens through Anslagstavlan. Theory: The theory in this essay are fundamental aspects within the society information, the information policy, the advantages and the disadvantages of the society information in a democratic society. Method: Qualitative and quantitative contents analysis. Result: Anslagstavlan has been broadcasted since july 1978. The goal of the State-owned authorities is to through Anslagstavlan, inform the citizens of their rights and obligations. The notable changes of the society information are the tecnology developements and the improved quality of the features and the changes of the broadcasting time. But in the presentation of the features haven’t changed since the beginning of the program and till today.
